Terms and Conditions of Service

Orders placed before 2:30PM CST (1:30PM EST) go to the warehouse the next business day. If any items are out of stock then those items will be forwarded to another distributor for shipping within two business days. Orders often take 2-3 business days to ship and then will be delivered within 5-7 business days depending on the distance the order has to travel. If an order is submitted after Thursday at 3:30pm CST, it will be received at the warehouse to begin processing on Monday morning as the warehouse is closed weekends. That will add days to the potential delivery.
Please do NOT wait until the last minute to place a large order.
After you place an order, you will get an invoice number.
C. Return Policy
You must contact us when you have received a defective or incorrect item and are requesting either a refund or replacement. We will enter the information into your order so that the Returns Department will handle your return smoothly.
When you receive your package, promptly check the items to make sure the items are working. We will credit or exchange for DEFECTIVE items only (or for any shipping errors made by us). Please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days to the address on your packing slip. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded so please keep all packaging for the 14 day return period. If you have further questions or problems, please Contact Us.
If you do not follow all of the instructions on this page you may incur a 25% restocking fee or not receive any refund at all.
If you feel the item was not as advertised, please go back to the page where the item is listed and make sure that you are correct. Then please email us with the webpage address and let us know what the page said and what you found to be different. We will refund you if the necessary information is missing, and we appreciate help to improve our site.
In your return package please include:
The packing slip
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or an exchange for another item.
If you do not include a note, you may not be refunded!
Please allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement or refund.

Items in your Shopping Cart will always reflect the most recent price displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first placed it in your cart. If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
